The China Travel Survival Pack is a digital product delivered through a temporary secure download after payment confirmation.

When to contact us

Please contact us if a confirmed payment does not produce a working download, the delivered files are corrupt, or the files are materially different from the product description. We will first try to restore delivery or provide the correct files.

Other refund requests

Other requests are assessed reasonably based on the circumstances, the selected payment provider’s rules, evidence of delivery, and applicable consumer law. The payment provider may process the payment and participate in refund or dispute handling as Merchant of Record. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
